1. If you have some symptoms of any disease you should see your local doctor first.
2. The doctor will take your pulse, look at your tongue, listen to your heart or lungs, check your temperature.
3. Your local doctor can send you to a specialist if you are seriously ill.
4. The specialist will examine you and prescribe you some treatment, pills or other medicine, which you can buy at the chemist's.
5. There are also a lot of private hospitals in Ukraine, so you can pay and go to a private doctor or a dentist.
6. To be healthy you should live a healthy lifestyle. You should do regularly physical exercises, be outdoor every day, eat healthy food, get enough sleep.
7. You should remember - "Prevention is better than cure"
